Welcome to 302 Ocean Point Drive, a charming Fripp Island retreat offering both ocean views from the front and golf and lagoon views from the back. Perfectly situated on the putting green and first tee of Ocean Point Golf Links, this home lets you relax on the screened-in porch while watching golfers or simply enjoy the tranquil lagoon setting. As the first house in the subdivision, it provides a private yard with no neighbors, while still being just a short walk to the pool, beach access, and Ocean Point Grille.



Walk in to a cozy open-concept living area with a galley kitchen outfitted with stainless appliances, a dining table for six, and a comfortable living room with access to the screened porch overlooking the golf course. The front porch also offers comfortable seating where you can catch glimpses of the ocean and enjoy the island breeze.



The main floor primary bedroom features a queen bed with pillow topper, TV, and French doors leading to the screened porch. The en suite bath includes a double vanity and walk-in shower.



Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, all with pillow toppers and TVs—that share a full bath. A cozy sitting area at the top of the stairs provides an inviting space to unwind or read.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
