Great Condo

Spacious and beautifully decorated condo with everything you need. Entire complex was well maintained. Stan responded quickly to our question. The golf cart was definitely a bonus.

Great location!

Summer sunrise just steps from your door. Great low tide beach access, and great ocean views all day from condo and the decks. Golf cart was perfect for carrying people and beach gear down to high tide beach access points. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Another wonderful week at Fripp!

This condo is the definition of perfect for your stay on Fripp! It is beautiful, very well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen! The storage room downstairs in the parking garage is a game changer for families with kids!! No dragging beach toys/pool toys upstairs!! I would book this condo and stay again without a question!! Fripp Island stay

We will come back to Fripp. This unit was very clean, upscale, and very good communication. Super fun to take golf cart everywhere. Beautiful homes and beaches. Pools were good too. Just not many options for dinkng out. But if you're looking for a beautiful, secluded beach town, you cant beat it.

Perfect Place!

We have made many trips to Fripp with extended family but this is the first time we have stayed on this side of the island. The condo has been beautifully renovated, was completely stocked with everything we needed and it was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space! We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again!

Golf cart fun

We had a wonderful time on Fripp Island. From the beach to going deer watching to looking for crabs at night it was all wonderful. The golf cart made it so we didn’t have to move a car the entire time and the storage closet was so wonderful. We didn’t have to haul things up and down. The beach outside the townhome was okay but the one near the end of Dolphin Rd was fabulous. Nice a gently sloped with not a bad walk to it. Be careful to park legally

Perfect beach week!

We came for one last trip to the beach before school started and were extremely pleased. The condo was well kept, updated and had plenty of dishes, towels, beach chairs and seating. The balcony was nice in the morning and evenings with the ocean view. We were close enough to everything but also off the main path which was relaxing. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Modern retreat

We loved our stay at Stan’s place. It’s updated and very spacious & clean. We had a fantastic view of the ocean all over the house. It was a quiet part of the island where we could relax in peace. We will be back!

Perfect place for us.

We traveled to Fripp Island for a 6 night stay bringing our 17 yo daughter and 18 and 17 yo friends. The layout was perfect for us with plenty of room and bathroom space. We could have fit a few more easily. The condo came equipped with everything we needed. I particularly liked the filtered water and ice from the fridge to easily fill up our reusable water bottles for the adventure of the day. Parking below was a little tricky to figure out but once you found the spot it was easy to navigate moving forward. I had knee surgery in Dec. and still not 100% so I will note the property has quite a few steps. I was able to navigate, just a little slower. If steps are difficult, you might find the entrance a challenge. The condo was very clean and I’m picky about cleanliness. The blinds are not room darkening but it didn’t bother us. It was filtering enough not to be annoying and allowed you to wake up naturally. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had ceiling fans. I felt like we had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for us, small ocean view from the bedrooms and living room as well as a beautiful sunrise. Nearest pool is a short walk away, no need for a golf cart ride. The girls were able to take the golf cart and go explore the island and many beaches and pools. We booked a guided sunset kayak trip through the activities center which was fabulous. My husband is a tennis player and was able to book some lessons and workouts with the pro. We all had a fabulous time and hope to be back again soon.

Perfect for a family. However, the communication with the rental company is very difficult - no one replies to emails until a week prior to arrival. Once in touch with the property manager, all goes well.

This rental was beautiful. It looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to make it easier would be parking instructions. I drove around the parking garage 3 times trying to find where I was supposed to park. Other than that, it was amazing and would definitely stay here again!
