Welcome to Terraza Mar, a modern & stylish 3 bedroom apartment close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Carvajal.
Situated just 11 minutes walking to Carvajal Beach, the property benefits from:

On the rooftop on the building you'll find the salt water infinity pool and lounge area with spectacular views across the Mediterranean, as well as a fully equipped gym.
Terraza Mar is truly a home from home and has everything you need for a great holiday. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hob, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and top of the range water filter system. On entering the property, you'll find an open plan living area with a natural wood dining table, as well a lounge area with 65 inch smart TV.
The property has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and double doors which open onto the terrace. The master bedroom has a 1.8x2m bed (super king size), built-in wardrobes, and its own en-suite bathroom. The two further guest bedrooms both have 1.6x2m beds (king size), built-in storage, and have easy access to the guest bathroom.
Inside the property you'll also find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside the property benefits from a massive 65 square metre terrace with sea views. Here you'll find an outdoor kitchen, with a gas BBQ, individual gas hob/burner, and outdoor fridge.
