This charming 110 m² three-bedroom apartment in Funchal offers a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, space, and style. Located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift, it combines convenience with beautiful city views.

The bright and inviting living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV for catching up on your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where comfortable seating allows you to unwind while enjoying the scenic surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A dishwasher is provided to simplify clean-up, along with a washer and ironing equipment to cover your laundry needs, especially helpful for longer stays.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful haven with added privacy. The two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed—one of which includes its own balcony—offer plenty of space and comfort for other guests. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Ajuda district of Funchal, this property offers guests a prime location surrounded by both relaxation and excitement. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the serene Jardim Público da Ajuda, a peaceful garden perfect for leisurely walks and quiet moments.

If you're in the mood to indulge in great food, the neighbourhood won’t disappoint. Enjoy a perfectly grilled steak at the popular La Vaca Negra, Mediterranean delights at Restaurante Tapassol, or explore plant-based cuisine at Mundo Vegan. For something sweet, Pastelaria Ravioli is a beloved local bakery just down the street.

Madeira Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
