House & Pool house were clean and conveniently located. The pool was not operational or clean, presumably due to the time of year. The hot tub was not clean and would not go up past bath water temp, 94 F tops. We were really looking forward to the pond for some fishing, but the pond is actually a stormwater retention pond with little more than snapping turtles in it, which is probably why no other homes on the pond have fishing docks. But all in all, it was a nice getaway.

We had a fantastic stay! The location has plenty of space for a larger family. The kids especially loved fishing off the dock, a great bonus. We did run into a few small hiccups, but Chris was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly and professionally.
