Large family house in the countryside with swimming pool near the Ganière river, on the edge of the Ardèche and the Cévennes national park. An independent part of the farmhouse is occupied by a year-round tenant who knows how to be discreet and who has 2 nice dogs (a Newfoundland dog and a chihuahua). You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool. Several Provencal markets in the surrounding villages (Les Vans, Saint Ambroix, Bessèges). Pont du Gard is just over an hour away by car. Hiking possibilities with donkeys in the surroundings or in the National Park. Several canoeing descents possible on the Chassezac, the Cèze and the Ardèche.

Jolie propriété pour famille nombreuse. De la place pour chacun. Un espace extérieur pour les repas apprécié. Un plus pour la piscine dont l'entretien était très régulier.Nous avons passé de bons moments.Bel accueil par Cathy à notre arrivée et au moment du départ.Dommage que le bâtiment ne soit pas mieux entretenu (volets en mauvais état - revoir certaines fenêtres et porte-fenêtres - rénovation de certaines pièces indispensable).Manque de place pour stocker en cuisine et pas de placard dans certaines chambres.

Séjour très agréable. Le gite est bien adapté à une famille avec jeunes enfants qui ont pu profiter de l'espace autour de la maison. Un grand trampoline a fait le bonheur des petits. Possibilité également de jouer à la pétanque devant la maison et de faire des grillades.. La piscine etait bien sécurisée pour les enfants(pas de barrière mais une alarme fonctionnelle) . Nous avons également pu profiter de jolis coins de rivière à proximité.

Jolie maison en plein cœur des Cévennes

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette jolie maison de famille. Elle est idéalement située au calme à la sortie du village, dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine était un peu fraîche mais au final c’était bien agréable avec les températures très élevées. La maison est pratique et bien équipée . La terrasse est très agréable et ombragée. Nous nous sommes baignés dans les rivières alentour ( 30’mins environ) car la Gagniere était à sec en cette saison. Je recommande ce petit coin de paradis .
