The room, location, and staff were perfect. The only reason it didn't receive five stars is that if you are staying for a day and there is an event or conference, it may be impossible to find parking. The morning food option in the cafe was lackluster.

Staff was courteous, room was clean. I was disappointed that they did not refill my in room coffee and they tub has rusted areas. My biggest concern was the lack of lighting outside of the building and at the entrance. I had to check in when it was dark outside and I did not feel safe. Also the windows were filthy and I could barely see out of them.

The toilet, shower, and bathroom door were out of order and the hotel ignored our request to have them fixed, not the standard we would have expected from a Hilton. I have to think that Hilton is falling on hard times.
