Kitchen set up was great. Had everything we needed. Open floor plan of the house was wonderful as was the game room. Loved the lake view and being on the top deck of the boat house in the late afternoon. Used the fire pit several times! Can't believe how many deer we encountered! Very peaceful and scenic location.

Quiet, immaculate, deep water

We had a quiet family vacation and everything was perfect. Stayed a week. The house is very clean. Bedding and towels are fresh. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nice pans and dishes for cooking. Nice grill. The dock is in excellent condition with lots of space both sunny and shaded. Deep water, quiet bay. The healthiest whitest duck I have ever seen came to visit a few times. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. The whole family was very comfortable.

Fantastic House to Celebrate any Occasion

We hosted our family for my mom’s 80th. Everyone enjoyed our stay, from folks 82 although down to little kids. There is so much to do for kids with the pool table, air hockey, basketball game, etc. We will be back!

Great Lakehouse

This place is amazing. Everything was very well maintained and clean. They have everything you need in the kitchen which is a huge plus when you just want to grill out and cook at home after a long day on the water. Plenty of space and lots of activities for people of all ages to do. Super easy check in and check out process. Loved the location. Great lake house and we will definitely rent this again!

By far the best VRBO property we have rented. Beautiful home and it has every amenity you would ever need for a great trip to the lake. The owner was quick to respond, made check in and out very simple. Highly recommend this property and look forward to a repeat visit. Great escape

Perfect. Plenty to entertain the children ages 12-18 inside if the weather isn't great. Lots of seating for dinners in a large open concept. There is a wonderful screened in porch with a tv for viewing the game. Clean, clean, clean Thanks to the owners for their availability when questions came up.

Best VRBO house on all levels

This was one of the best VRBO houses we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot. Every detail was spot on. The house is perfect and had everything you’d ever need during a stay. Casey was also extremely helpful with checkin, settling in, the area, and just throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and new. All the beds were super comfortable. Everything was high end. The bedroom upstairs was so perfect for our little kids to have their own area The downstairs with all the entertainment was such a hit, as was ping pong and basketball. We stayed two weeks and we’re actually sad leaving the house! Truly best place!

Best Lake House

This property is our favorite by far at Lake Lanier. We have been coming for 3 years now and this property was the best- hands down. The location on the lake, the cleanliness of the property, the amenities of the house, the dock and the openness of the manager made this our best stay yet! We are 2 families with kids and adults ranging in age from 10-50. We are already looking for dates next year!

Couldn’t ask for more!

This lake house was all you could ask for and more. There was something to do for all ages: hanging out in the game room, sitting on the screened porch, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, preparing food in the chef’s kitchen, etc. This house was well planned out, equipped and spacious. We were never cramped with our large party. Shopping was minutes away. Our host was great and answered any/all questions immediately. The family will be back to this amazing house.

A wonderful veterans venue!

Long ago, at Fort Bragg NC, four young Army officers served in the 82d Airborne Division. Their wives became fast friends, too, and as the years passed and lives diverged, all the friends stayed in touch and reunited often. At this property, a wonderful reunion 48 years in the making took place at Deerpoint where now these seniors could comfortably reunite and relax together. Lovely home , the perfect backdrop for laughter, love and long lasting friendships!

What a wonderful way to bring in the new year! The house was beautiful, we had all the amenities we could desire, and the owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Wonderful waterfront Lake Lanier vacation home

My extended family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. This spacious waterfront home was extremely clean and well stocked for fun on the lake and cooking in the kitchen. The screened in porch is a great space for outdoor dining and watching sports and the basement pool and air hockey tables were big hits with the kids. The two story dock is huge with plenty of space to hang out by the water (and dock a boat in the slip). We look forward to renting here again.

This house was everything the listing said it would be and more! Multiple living/gathering spaces inside and out, very well-appointed kitchen, easy access to the dock, and close to grocery stores and restaurants! Would book this house again in a minute

Wonderful property and host!

We had a great time! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay from towels to cooking utensils! The host was really welcoming and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and had so many thoughtful touches like throw blankets and towels for the lake. We loved the screen porch and the dock with paddle boards and a kayak was really nice. There was plenty of room for the adults and teens to have their own spaces to hang out. The AC worked great and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting lake Lanier.

Beautiful property lakefront

This property was beautiful! It had a lot of space and was very well stocked with everything you need! We rented a boat for the week and was able to keep it at the dock right on property. We had great communication with the property manager and when the hot water heater had an issue, he was right on it and got it fixed. This property is super close to groceries as well. We used the fire pit a few nights, it was wonderful! The game room was a big hit with everyone with the pool table and air hockey table. Back porch was great for dining and watching sports on TV. We also saw deer all day every day in the backyard and front yard, very cool. We would definitely recommend this place and we will be back!
