Our room key wouldn't work & we looked inside from the window, the beds werent made. She gave us another room. The toilet was very hard to flush. The website said they offered breakfast, but was told the kitchen doesn't work, only servedffee. The room was very noisy. The grass was tall & many items from the room was thrown into the lawn, trash everywhere on the grounds. The building looked old & falling apart.

The first room that was assigned to us was dirty. The beds were not made. The key fob would not work in the second room, so they assigned us a third room. Very inconvenient.

Terrible! Don't recommend.

Terrible hotel. do not recommend. They say they offer breakfast but it is not true! They had no coffee or juice cups. They had no food! There was 1 container of yogurt, and the 'Hot Food' bins were turned on but there were only a few dried & burnt pieces of something(?),...as I could not even determine what it had been [...potatoes, perhhaps?]. The waffle batter came out in one huge "glump", then it drops a cupful of just milky water(!) - it was disgusting. My workmates and I had to walk to McDonalds, which fortunately was very close. So, if you stay at this hotel just know that you will have to get breakfast nearby.

Poor experience

Check-in was average. The wi-fi did not work the whole time i was there so I couldnt do work from my business laptop. The door was loose and looked like it could be easily broken into. Went out for there "free breakfast" at 8 and the pickings were super slim. A few towels in the bathroom felt damp and had stains on them. The floor could have definitely been vaccuum better...the bed seemed clean enough but i still slept on top of sheets. I usually never leave a review but I feel with this poor experience it was definitely necessary. If management considers reaching out to make things right I would definitely consider updating my review. However, it didn't seem like anybody that works at that hotel cares.

It took 3 times to get the correct room.. First room was full of someone's items, second room the bed wasn't made and the towels were on the floor. Last room worked but it smelled awful. 3 mediocre pillows on a king bed and no offer of a discount or anything towards a future stay with all the inconveniences.

Pictures of the rooms on the website are very deceiving. The condition of this hotel is horrible. Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes (it was a non smoking room). $200 for the night was a rip off. Worst hotel Ixve ever stayed in my life.

Room was dirty and smelled as if it was soiled carpet. There was stains on my sheets as well as dirt from the previous guest still on the toilet. Shower had not been cleaned. I’m so disappointed in my stay and did not get any help from the hotels representative when I reached out to have accommodations done.
