This was a last minute booking on our part and it turned out to be an excellent choice. A good location within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, helping us navigate parking on our trip to Lecce, making sure we took umbrellas with us which they provided. They gave us restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Breakfast was varied and really tasty. All in all this hotel is a bit of a gem!

Very nice rooms. They upgraded me to a balcony suite for free. Nice beach views. Roof top pool is nice and there is a bar. Parking isn’t too hard to find in front and on the nearby streets. 5 min drive to Central Gallipoli. Very friendly staff.

Really nice clean hotel, modern and close to the seafront. The staff were very helpful, you can have access to another hotel's beachfront about 4km away, we rented bikes and cycled to it, nice and quiet. The continental breakfast was fine. Would certainly stay again.

Great hotel, the staff are excellent (particularly Maurizio on the breakfast service). Breakfast buffet great, cold meats, cheese, bacon, scrambled egg, cereals yoghurt cakes, everything you need. Hotel is 30 min walk from old town but you can walk via the Main Street which is lined with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beach over the road and a fantastic sandy beach about 5 mins drive away. Plenty of eateries near the hotel. Supermarket less than 5 mins walk. Lovely rooftop area with plunge pool and great sea view

The room is compact but very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is quite nice. I would just warn people with mobility issues, because as I said, it's "compact". I had to walk out of the washroom for my spouse to enter. Access to the shower was "sideways" because the door doesn't have the space to fully open (it's compact). Nice pool on the roof with view of the sunset.

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel

This hotel was absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations. I have travelled a lot in Italy, and whether a 4 or 5 star hotel, I can’t mention many hotels where I would be content about everything. M&F however was modern, clean and in a great location by the boardwalk. There are restaurants nearby and you’ve got a gorgeous rooftop pool to sunbathe or to enjoy and aperitivo in the evening whilst enjoying a beautiful sea view. What I loved the most about my stay was the impeccable service from the hotel staff. Every single staff member was kind, engaging and extremely attentive. It was a long journey for me to get to Gallipoli, but staying at M&F made it worth every minute of the journey. Finally, would add that the breakfast was a lovely mix of Italian and continental European foods - again, lovely service and convenient timings. Will definitely come back :)

This property was spotlessly clean and our room was tidied each day. Our balcony was comfortable with shade from weather. The sun terrace and pool area was pleasant with lovely view. The walk into Gallipoli was approx 30 mins. It would have been great if taxis were more reasonably priced. 20 euros each way for the town or train station. For some the walk would not be a problem. Beaches nearby either free or paying for lounger, umbrella etc. Just a few restaurants nearby but these were good, reasonably priced. Lots more choice in the town. Small supermarket along the road handy for buying snacks/ drinks. I didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable. Fairly hard mattress. But that’s personal choice ! Very good value for money.

How to make you hate a city in 24 hours

They have literally ruined the first days of our trip. We've called them after the booking to ask about parking, I have been informed that it was available and chargeable, which I'm fine with, but no one ever told us we had to book it. Trip day, 11PM, we arrive to an unknown city, no park is available and we had to walk 2km with 4 luggage's because the city is packet and that was the closest spot available. The rest of our trip had to be completely re-planed as we couldn't leave and come back whenever we wanted with the car. Bed is not a queen as described, there is no blanket or duvet in the bedroom. you need to choose to freeze in the bedroom with the AC or turn it off and burn in the 35 degrees of summer. Of course I got a cold. Breakfast is pretty simple, eggs were cold, sweets are limited and not many vegetarian options (probably not a single vegan one). Coffee is on request and what annoyed me the most was that we have been denied a second one when asked. No English speaking personnel during the evenings and everyday a different type of amenity was missing, a towel, a soap, a shower cap, a cup, always something new. It looks like the definition of 4 stars is a bit different to them, worst 1500 EUR I've ever spent.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub vor Ort! Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns zunächst gewundert, dass das Frühstück im „Keller“ stattfindet, aber der Frühstücksraum war absolut kein Kellerraum, sondern hell und freundlich. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Den einen Stern für Sauberkeit & Einrichtung müssen wir abziehen, weil wir das Gefühl hatten das das Reinigungspersonal die Böden nicht richtig sauber gemacht hat und weil das Bett leider extrem hart war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war allerdings extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns Decken gebracht, die wir als Unterlagen auf das Bett tun konnten - mit den Decken drunter ging es dann. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Bars und Foodtrucks. Man kann aber auch zum Essen in die Stadt laufen. An der Promenade entlang geht der Spaziergang schnell und dauert circa 20-30 min. Die Umgebung ist abends sehr belebt und auch laut, allerdings sind die Fenster gut isoliert, sodass man die Lautstärke im Zimmer nicht mitbekommt. Unsere Zeit vor Ort war wirklich super! Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Toppen hotel i närheten av helt fantastiska stränder! Extremt bra service god frukost med mycket att välja på. Rena fräscha rum och möjlighet till cykel uthyrning för billig peng. Poolen på taket var ett plus. Kommer definitivt bo här flera gånger.

Gute Lage mit gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sofern frei. Kaffee nebenan für Frühstück. ca. 10-15minuten zu Fuss zu Baia Verde & Stadtzentrum, also weder Fisch noch Vogel, was schade ist. Zimmer im EG war seeeeeehr laut!! WIFI hat teils nicht geklappt. Pool oben auf Dach sehr klein aber fein, Bar war nur 1x offen.
