The hotel was close to all of the main attractions but-the property description was not what I expected. The common areas and rooms did not smell clean. For such a prime location, it could use some paint and upgrades to its facilities.

Sadly I believe the guests were more the problem. Screaming children in the pool/spa cannonballing. Children allowed to throw things in the lobby. General trash left around.

The only thing I liked, was the front desk staff. All the floors were extremely dirty. The elevator floor was really dirty and made a horrible noise. The breakfast was terrible, the room was outdated snd had roaches, the bed was hard, water pressure was low, bathroom was out dated and the parking was inadequate. i don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Family friendly on the beach

Stayed from Tuesday thru Sunday. Proximity to beach and pier was great ! Breakfast was standard waffle maker, eggs, cereal, pastries. Would have been nice to see sausage or bacon but in this economy thanks to the Orange Man, no such luck. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean but hot tub was broken so no bubbles just warmish water. Overall , we would definitely stay again.

Omg this hotel is amazing clean the front desk workers are amazingly friendly you can tell they love what their doing the guy who check us in went over and beyond I wish they can teach the staffs in a Louisiana great customer service thank you guys oh yeah I got carried away the rooms are clean had a living room separated from the room nice balcony I stay at springvillie around the corner from seawall I love it my husband knows I’m picky I seen some views that wasn’t pleasing maybe 3 but the rest stood out that’s why I gave it a try I see we can’t always go by the views most time the customers might have some issues with in themselves so please listen you want be disappointed with this hotel it’s a 20 star lol for me thinks crew I book by 3rd party so Ii book SpringHill Galveston we will be visiting again
