Room was great and the view of the harbor amazing! We loved watching the boats and dolphins. Dee provided excellent customer service. Only complaint was that the walls are thin and it's incredibly noisy. We will definitely be back!

Traveling to the Disney Cruise the staff was amazing even allowed us to check in earlier. The breakfast was great especially right before heading home. It was also very close to dining and shops, including walking distance. Loved it because if you’d like, they also have shuttle service to the port.

It’s still a great hotel overall. Close to cruise ports and the action of The Strand. They’ve kind of let the room deteriorate a little. TV was going out, furnishings showing signs of wear. Breakfast and vending options should be a lot better when charging 300+ a night for some rooms.
