Due to the abundance of natural light from the panoramic windows and high ceilings, the house has an expansive and airy feel. The ambiance of the home is sleek and clean with an open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen with bar seating. The deck off of the living room is expansive with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a large covered area for outdoor dining and relaxation. In addition, there is a covered entertaining space with a finished deck on the lower level with great views of the beach. The yard off of the deck is over-sized and perfect for outdoor games and activities. There are kayaks and beach toys in the garage for you to enjoy. The living area features a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, along with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and two new (April '23) swivel glider chairs, and the home is wifi friendly. The kitchen features ample counter space, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware along with Keurig and regular coffee machines. This includes a brand new (May 23) 5-burner range with a large oven. The master bedroom has a queen bed with nearby bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Coffee pods and sweetener are provided for you, along with dog bowls (small & large), and a crate for your furry friend's comfort if you choose to bring him/her! This is a great place to relax on the deck, play on the beach, or make the short trip to see all that downtown Galveston has to offer!
