Absolutely horrible. The rooms are full of rusted furniture with gouges in the walls. I moved to another room not realizing that they all must look like that. There is what looks like mold on the ground in front of the upstairs rooms. I ended up sleeping in the back of my vehicle in their parking lot because I was too skeeved out by everything in that room.
The hotel is awful and gross, it smelled like death and there were bugs. It looked extremely run down and I requested early check in as I we were arriving from Iowa to board a cruise. And the person at the front desk told us we could not check in early and that there was no place to even store our luggage. And she would not even let us sit in the hotel to figure things out. We left and went to the Hilton. The reviews that I read online on Expedia were all good reviews well those were false and not true. It was hugs inconvenience and not right. Customer service is not good. And we deserve a refund since Expedia took the money out our account when we booked the room. We booked flights through Expedia as well. We deserve to get a refund for this mess itâs just not right. I will be contacting customer service and talking to corporate people about this if not resolved. This is not good customer service. we saw multiple cockroaches around the room. one of them was on the nightstand and seen multiple all over the bathroom. it was disgusting to be honest. the desk guy was so rude and incompetent as well. never again
