This villa in the countryside presents itself as a spacious, recently renovated farmhouse, surrounded by an enchanting garden and equipped with a private swimming pool. With views of the Tuscan hills, it is the perfect structure for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany for families and groups of friends.
The Villa “A Casa di Franca” is perfect for welcoming groups of up to 12 people, but can accommodate up to 14 thanks to its large surface area of ​​223 m², equipped with all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable.
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms with sofa beds that convert into single beds.
Ground floor: 2 large living rooms, one with sitting area and fireplace, equipped with two double sofa beds and disabled bathroom.

Great Spot HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our stay at the Santa Lucia villa can only be described as wonderful. First off the villa is in a perfect location- right in the middle of the Pisa, Siena, Florence triangle if you will. Day trips are easy to do to almost any Tuscan area from the villa. The villa itself was great- all the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, showers have great water pressure. The view from the back porch is incredible as expected. Highly recommend the wine tasting they offer it was one of the cooler experiences I had in my time traveling for 3 months in Europe. My friends and I love the villa and will certainly be reccomending it to friends!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casa Di Franca". La maison est spacieuse et très confortable, en plus la piscine nous a permis de se rafraichir pendant les journées bien chaudes. Juste de temps en temps peut être un peu bruyant car près de la route mais cela n'a pas gêné pour bien profiter. La villa est également très bien située pour visiter la région. Merci encore à Selma pour tous les conseils et réactivité.

Séjour exceptionnel

Localisation très centrale, parfaite pour rayonner entre Pise, Florence et Sienne. Nous avons même pu faire les Cinque Terre en 1 journée. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Piscine rafraîchissante avec une vue sur les vignes, et des transats pour tout le monde !! L’accueil de Selma a été parfait de bout en bout. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrions les yeux fermés.
