부모님 모시고 갔는데 호텔 주변 산책로도 잘 되어 있고 조용하고 청결해서 정말 좋았아요. 어린이 친화적 호텔이라서 아이 데리고 온 가족들도 많더라구요. 또 가고싶은 곳입니다.

친정부모님과 동생네 가족까지 1박2일로 여행갔는데요.. 너무 좋았어요^^!! 룸컨션도 완전 깔끔~ 뷰는 말할것도 없구요~ 주말 조식도 맛있었어요~!! 가장 최고는.... 추가로 예약한 바베큐~~~ 양이 어마어마 하구요~~ 5:30부터 자리잡으니 해있을때 시작해서 어둑해질때까지.. 분위기 만끽할 수 있었어요~!!! 비용이 좀 쎈편인거 같지만.. 강추합니다~~!!!!! 보트는 시간이 짧아 아쉽지만.. 공짜니 만족 ㅋㅋ 아쉬운점은... 아이가족이 많다는거... 윗방에서 밤에 아이들이 뛰는건지.. 엄청 쿵쿵거렸음...;;; 너그러운 마음으로 해해씀돠.......;;;

미숙한 체크인 운영

3시 체크인하는데 30분 이상을 대기했습니다. 모두 예약제로 운영되는만큼 입실고객이 많으면 미리 인력을 충원해서 대비를 해야하는데 대비를 하지 않고 3시 체크인 시각에 수많은 인파들이 대기하도록 만든 부분에 있어서 호텔 운영에 미숙함이 뚜렷해보였습니다. 테이블도 적어서 더군다나 30분간 대기할 공간도 없어서 서서 대기했는데 어떤 양해의 말씀도 없었구요. 체크인에서 부족한 부분이 여실히 드러났습니다.

코너스위트, 전체적으로 객실상태는 깨끗했으나 욕실에 청소되지않은 구역이 보였고 뷰를 보는 창문에는 죽은 벌레들이 굉장히 많아서 아쉬웠습니다. 아침부터 공사를 하는지 외부소음이 굉장히 시끄러웠지만 객실내 소음은 조용했습니다.

서울에서 거리도 가깝고 아이들과 할 수 있는 프로그램도 잘 되어있습니다. 객실내 냉장고가 작은게 흠이라서 음료 등은 소량으로만 가져가세요.

4인가족 1박 머물렀습니다 . 룸컨디션 좋았구요 . 공기 너무 좋았네요 숲속연못? 아이가 너무 좋아했네요 .. 아쉬웠던건.. 부대시설이 너무 없지 않았나..해요 조식은 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다
