Breakfast area was a terrible mess, trash overflowing on to floor, tables dirty and sticky (around 6:30am). Breakfast isn’t served until 7am everyday. Room was nice, clean and comfortable (king room). Construction going on next to hotel, loud in the mornings.

We recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a dance competition and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several cleanliness concerns in our room. There were stink bugs and ladybugs present, brown stains on the shower curtain, and even a pair of socks left behind from previous guests. Overall, the room did not feel as clean or properly prepared as it should have been. Additionally, my daughter has epilepsy, and when we exited the elevator onto the fourth floor, the hallway light was flickering significantly. Flickering lights can be a serious health trigger for individuals with seizure disorders. We promptly notified the front desk, but were told there was no one available to address the issue and that it might be several days before it could be fixed. Unfortunately, the light continued to flicker throughout our stay. Given that this presents a potential health risk, it was very concerning. Because we were in town for a competition and were leaving early in the mornings and returning late at night, we did not have many opportunities to revisit the front desk regarding the additional concerns until after our departure. We understand that issues can arise, but cleanliness and guest safety — especially when health concerns are involved — should be a priority. We hope management will take these matters seriously and make the necessary improvements for future guests.

The staff was kind and helpful when we arrived for our stay which made for a great start. However, when we entered our room, there was a terrible smell (almost unbearable), and the room lacked any kind of cleanliness. We found an abundance of crumbs, candy, dirt, even a tube of Chapstick that had been left behind from whoever stayed there before us. The sheets and blanket for the pullout bed smelled used and were unfolded so we had to ask the front desk for another set. But when we pulled out the mattress, it was visibly unclean so instead, we shared a bed. None of the towels smelled clean or fresh either. On a more positive note, the regular beds were comfortable and we only had to stay for two nights.

The pool was nice and warm. The check in process took max of two minutes, as we had already paid online. The two queen beds with couch pull out was one of the biggest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. It was kept very clean. Breakfast options were waffles, biscuits and gravy, 3 cereals, muffins, toast, eggs, yogurt, apple, orange juice. Best location as we were able to walk right downtown Gatlinburg. Overall very clean and friendly staff! I would recommend to everyone! We had kids also and felt comfortable and safe.

This is a newer hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Loved that it was close to downtown. We never moved the car unless going elsewhere. Breakfast was limited, but it was still good.
