The staff was wonderful they went above and beyond my expectations first time here thereâs no transportation around and the front desk man was very kind to offer us a service I needed to drop off my daughter they were very kind
Great economy choice for our last minute 1 night trip to Gatlinburg. Staff were friendly. Really appreciated the nice hot water and good water pressure. Would stay here again for sure.
Don't be fooled by the 8.2. Rating. Honestly not sure where that came from. The FIRST room we had was dirty, dusty, stains on the pillows and sheets. The exterior door leading to the balcony didn't close all the way and the main room door had a security latch that was hanging by one screw! So of course it didn't work. So we asked to be moved to a new room; the second room was not much cleaner, the bathroom had hair all around the toilet it was gross. But at least the sheets ere clean and the doors worked, we were tired from driving all day to get there so we just dealt with is and my wife cleaned the bathroom, after she cried (No joke!). We made them come and clean the whole room the next morning. Lastly, there was a some large convention for the Future Farmers of America in town and so we have about 50 teenagers in the hotel, they ran all over the place and were very loud and totally unchecked until I called the front desk and asked them to do something about it.
This used to be my favorite place to stay until they stuck me on the ground floor of the parking garage. Surrounded by cars, no view, and a back door that opens to a cement wall with a fence. The laminate floor is on a cement pad so itâs cold and cracks when you walk on it. The ceiling is a drop tile ceiling. Iâm certain these rooms were storage or utility rooms at one time. Not pleased that Iâve paid $100 a night for this hole. Pics attached are the âviewâ
Out the doors. Receptionist was less than friendly and sent me to third floor room even though I specified first floor in my reservation. I pointed this out and she assigned me this gem. Please treat your customers (especially repeat customers) better than this. Iâll not be returning for awhile. There are many other choices in Gburg.
I could hear the toilet flushing from the people upstairs through the wall, constantly. Garbage dumpster located outside my window, the truck came every day around 4am, it was extremely loud. Room was old and not clean. No lock latch on the door, so I couldnât lock the door, the cleaning people just came in when they wanted to with little to no warning. Constant bathroom faucets leaking. Worst hotel I have stayed in, will not stay at another one.
Nice family stay. The only problem I accidentally forgot to add a day. So went back to edit hotel.com wouldnât edit my stay called customer service they wouldnât edit my stay I had to book through the hotel for double the price. I was already book for 5 days at Econo Lodge and I admit it was my mistake on dates. But I feel Hotels.com.com could have helped me out or hotel. Highly disappointed. The interesting thing is we had a family staying they that was booking 4 room for 6 days each!!!! Guess money more important than customer satisfaction
