We liked the location however the condition of the property was under average. The rooms were small as well as the balcony. We could not enjoy the balcony for several reasons such as little the balcony area was, the chairs were dirty, there were cobwebs on the windows. The bathroom was very small, you had to move towards the sink area just to close the door. NO exhaust fan, toilet flushing was extremely slow. It made us stand there until to totally flush even when there eas just urine. Coming from another hotel Edgewater was a big let down. The breakfast crew did not talk to anyone. The food was the same both days and the must have been something going on cause it was very busy in the breakfast area every day.

The room was nice, location is great, the price was right, and breakfast was great. The only negative was the noise and vibration from the next rooms air conditioner and the coffee was non-drinkable.

The rooms are dated mattress need updated uncomfortable mattresses , bathrooms the tub is peeling faucet was leaking again dated. Heated pool was still cold.great location although clean dated makes it feel and look dirty.

We found this hotel the last time we were in Gatlinburg by walking around. Said we would stay next time and we did this time and loved every aspect. The pool was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The room was a decent size, bed a little hard but good for me! The parking was easy on the first level with my SUV being 6'7". I will be back. Multiple times!!! Thank you!!!
