Our stay was okay. I wish they had told us about the Trolley Service. We found about the Trolley Service from another guest at the hotel. Didn’t know they charged for parking at the hotel. I found that out on my bank statement. House keeper didn’t knock before she entered our room. Thank goodness we were dressed. We stayed in the room while she was cleaning , and she didn’t change our sheets. She just smoothed out the sheets and fluffed the pillows. I ask her to change the sheets, she didn’t understand English well enough to understand what I was saying. I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

Very nice place!

Great Location! Clean, nice size rooms. Breakfadt was good. Beware, they have started charging $15 a night to park in their own very spacious parking lot, on top of what you pay to stay there. I probably wouldn't stay again because of that. Which is sad because it is a very nice place.

If you are a light sleeper like me, do not stay here. This hotel has a weird design where 8-10 of the rooms are on the same level and extremely close to the lobby. I asked for a quiet room when checking in, and the staff told me she is not aware of any non-quiet room on her property. And of course I was assigned to one of these rooms that is 30 feet away from the front desk, 20 feet away from the breakfast area and 10 feet away from the elevator. The result is, I was listening to every single conversation people in this hotel was having, from 6 am in the morning until about 2 am the next morning. People laughing, kids running around, housekeepers walking around with vaccums, etc etc. There was not a single second of quietness in the room. And you can't even complain, because all these people are just making noise in reasonable areas. Barely had any sleep throughout of the stay and was having very limited energy to enjoy the trails at smokey mountain as a result.

Great location to get into. Easy in and out. Husband and i were tracelling thru from Miami. We have been frequent flyers to Gatlinburg and this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely stay again. BREAKFAST NEEDS WORK!

We found the rooms were a little cramped. Got told we booked a “standard” room, so did not have a balcony. No dresser so no place to unpack for our 3 night stay. Just 3 wire drawers and some hanging space. Bathroom was spacious and enjoyed the servicing of the room each day. Breakfast was great and plentiful, just had to line up for waffles as there were only 2 waffle irons and we came down when several children were lining up. Beds were very comfy and rooms were quiet. Did not get to enjoy the hot tub as there were some rowdy teens dancing in it. But did enjoy the fire pits. Overall a good stay and close enough to the strip to walk. Did not see an outdoor pool. We liked that it was close to the entrance of the Smoky National Park.
