We originally booked a suite. There were 5 of us. The suite was not like it was advertised. Basically 2 rooms with full size beds not queen, one bathroom, one area to hang clothes. Thankfully Dyneen at the front desk changed our accommodations and put us in two rooms with 2 beds each room next to each. Dyneen at the front desk was very professional, very friendly. A plus to the facility. Hot tub was not working. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was indoor pool and hot tub. we brought our grandchildren. Indoor pool was dirty and we had to ask for someone to clean before the kids would get in it. Clumps of hair floating on the bottom, bugs, clothes tags were in the bottom.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Comfy beds and location was perfect. Was very convenient with our two small dogs. My only 2 complaints are I woke up each morning with ants on the bathroom sink and I never could get the hot water to work in the shower. But other then that it was a good place to stay.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for me and my wife to help us celebrate our seventh wedding anniversary. They even went as far as putting roses and flowers in our room and decorated the towels like swans and hearts. It was absolutely amazing.

First time ever even making a review because it's the review I needed but didn't get ahead of time. We had to take freezing cold showers or scalding hot ones for our 3 days stay. I would let the water run in the shower for 15 minutes before getting in and it would never warm up. The "maintenance man" said it was because we were on the end and it takes a while. Fifteen minutes and no warm water is ridiculous. They never cleaned our room in 3 nights. We had to go to the front and ask for toilet paper. Our room was also charged to our card the day before, despite booking for "pay at location." Worst experience ever. Felt like at least a partial refund is warranted.

The Wander is now our go-to spot to stay when coming to TN. The staff was incredibly friendly, on top of anything we needed. You can’t beat the location, honestly, it’s right by so much and a short walk to the rest! Our favorite pizza place and Starbucks are just a 2-3 min walk from here. Now listen, the pool didn’t seem heated but was ok enough to swim in, the jacuzzi was down, there are some dated features and minor fixes that need done to the rooms, but overall for the location and price I couldn’t be happier with our stay!
