Beautiful Cabin!

Cabin is beatiful and ample room to spread out for families. Hosts were very quick to respond with ALL of our questions. Highly recommend this cabinwith these hosts!

Our family of five enjoyed Misty Mountain Cabin, as a home base and gateway to activities in the Gatlinburg area. The neighborhood was peaceful, and accessibility was great. Amazing place and great location!

What an amazing cabin! So much space to spread out. Lots of places to quietly relax as well as commune with family and friends. The game room area was perfect for our 3 teens! Location was perfect for us. Away from the hustle of Gatlinburg but so easy to grab a trolley for a short ride to town.

Perfect Cabin

This is our third time staying at this location. It is very spacious and has plenty to do without leaving the cabin. The game room, the separate porches, the fire pit the parking everything is wonderful. The host were so easy to work with from the very beginning all the way up until we checked out. They were very attentive to any needs that we have our questions or concerns we had about the property. if I could give this more than five stars I would. I highly recommend this cabin. It is so close to town but far enough out where you do not hear traffic at all. Bears visited frequently, which was a nice treat. We will be returning as this is our yearly family vacation location .

Gatlinburg stay

Excellent location and excellent property. Only negative is that it is a 3-story house with one AC unit, so bottom floor is very cold in order to keep upper floor somewhat cool.

All in all, we had a great stay, we loved the location and size of the cabin. the things that I would address if I owned this cabin, are the following. whoever is doing the cleaning, needs to be fired, they are not very good at their job. cobwebs, mold and mildew present throughout. Maintenance upkeep, need a real talking to, blinds broken, bed frame broken, dresser drawers out of alignment, door handles facing the wrong direction, and lose. I would rent again, but these things need to be addressed.

Loved where it was located. Loved the floor plan of the cabin. It does need a good cleaning. Cobwebs in the den. Bathrooms a little dusty. Also we pulled out a dirty pot. It was all stuff we could clean ourselves and it didn’t mess up our trip. We would stay here again!!! We also saw a bear at the cabin!!!

This cabin is amazing. The owner was in constant contact with us. There were a few hiccups, but the owner did everything in their power to insure that our trip was wonderful. Cant wait to come back!

Think twice b/4 u rent this house

This house is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately it is showing it’s wear and tear and in serious need of a deep cleaning! The house is very dusty, showers were small and the curtains were moldy, toilets had mildew around the rims and the bedsheets had holes! If you plan to cook, this is not the house for you. The kitchen is sparse on supplies and very few usable pots and pans, most are burnt and disgusting. There was a bad thunderstorm overnight causing a leak in the basement bathroom. We notified the owner, who was responsive but then expected us to stay home and wait for his contractor in the middle of the day during our vacation. Beware of bears too! They are not afraid of people and approach very quietly. We have rented homes on vrbo for 10 years and never had a bad experience until this past week. We don’t recommend this house!

Single Family or Multi Family style

Booked very last minute as I was passing through for a few nights of rest. Gatlinburg is like my second home so I am very familiar with all the surrounding areas. This cabin isn’t about a Mountain View, it is about location and any rental community like this is going to have neighbors that are close to you. What I loved most is that the host did not jam beds into every possible opening but rather left the spacious feel of a real house with all the traditional Gatlinburg country themes when it came to the decorations but rest assured a large group would be very comfortable here with the way it was laid out. The cabin had enough surrounding woods to still be very relaxing. Any “issues” that I had are the same that I have come across dozen of times no matter where I stay. The host was easy to work with when booking and was responsive to my communications. If you want a large space close to town and places to eat but out enough to be quiet book here.

Perfect

We had a great week. the weather was cool for June so it made all outdoor activities really nice. The hot tub amd fireplace was a nice way to end the days and the game room ended the evenings. Even had a bear come up the street while cooking on grill. When everyone ran inside he turned and went behind a neighboring cabin, scary but really awesome.

Big Beautiful Chalet

This property was great. The location was perfect. It is very close to the free trolley, grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg. The online description is very accurate. The property was clean, spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools, pots and pans you needed. The laundry on-site was a big plus. I would definitely return.

This was a wonderful location!

This property was just as described. It’s very close to the downtown strip in Gatlinburg and just made for a very easy, relaxing trip. The house is well taken care of, was very clean, and was everything we wanted. You can’t go wrong staying at this place! We are so thankful!

Misty Mountain Stay

We stayed as a group of 4 adults from April 19 until April 23. The cabin itself is beautiful, large and accommodating. There were several options for entertainment at the property (arcade game, pool, giant connect 4, Foosball, board games, fire pit). The beds were very comfortable, the jacuzzi tub in the top floor bedroom worked well with strong jets, however the main floor bedroom jacuzzi and the patio hot tub had very weak or non working jets. The location while close to downtown, if you don't want to drive (for those who like to do the tastings) transportation is not cheap. There is no UBER or Lyft in.the area despite what you read other places. A taxi ride from the cabin to downtown or back was $36 plus tip regardless of number of passengers. The hosts were easy to communicate with, answered all questions and even accommodated us checking in an hour early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would recommend.

Amazing cabin

My family and I stayed here for a quick get away! The cabin was more than we could have asked for. Beautiful cabin with so many games and activities for the family to enjoy on days that we stayed in. Will definitely stay here anytime we get the opportunity! The owner Sumie was amazing to deal with and always answered my questions quickly. I look forward to staying here again!

Great location for access to town but no view of the mountains. Hot tub had zero chlorine making it unuseable. Upstairs toilet leaked around the wax ring when flushed. Lampshades were covered in dust. Kitchen trash can was filthy. Kitchen table was greasy. However, I would rebook this property.

It was perfect for us!

Cabin was just as pictured! We loved it. The location is absolutely perfect. I believe it was less than 2 miles to the strip in Gatlinburg. The game room was really fun and we enjoyed all the games including the pool table. The only thing we were upset with is under the couch in the game room looks disgusting and that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and some pop bottles under one of the bedroom beds. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great! I would definitely stay here again because of the location being so great and not having any other issues. The drive up to the cabin is not bad either, our vehicles did just fine. Thanks for the memorable stay!
