Rooms were very comfortable. Only problem is that we didn't get to spend as much time at the house as I had hoped because we were in town for a wedding. I would love to go back and enjoy all that the cabin has to offer. It was lovely!

Friendly, accommodating, great location

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our 4 dogs. Plenty of space for all of us. The location was great to travel to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Nestled on top of a mountain and if you wanted a possibility to see a bear it's a great spot.

Rustic DREAMscape

It’s in the name - this was definitely a dream! Everything about our experience was 100% enjoyable. Josh and Cara were super helpful and attentive. The cabin was beautifully furnished and so clean! I’m quite a bit of a germophobe, but I felt completely comfortable the entire stay. It is a bit off the beaten path, but we loved that it was far enough from the hustle and bustle for the peace and quiet, but not so far that you couldn’t quickly and easily get to the attractions and downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the arcade, pool table, and shuffleboard and that it was fully stocked with family games for lazy days. My daughter was in love with the bunkbeds and the whole upstairs area. Growing up in Tennessee, the Smokies have always been a popular vacation spot for my family and I love that I’m now able to share that with my young daughter. We will most definitely book Rustic Dreamscape when we return again next year. Thanks for everything, Josh and Cara!

Something for Everyone

Three generations from two states met during Spring Break to explore the Great Smoky National Park. While the weather could have been better, we still managed to get out to explore some of the shorter trails, close waterfalls, Kuwohi, and the Visitor Center. Meanwhile, the VRBO was a great refuge for all of us, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy playing games together. We enjoyed having a well-stocked kitchen and a dining table large enough for us to dine together. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was also much-appreciated. There were minor issues that we discovered and will share privately with the owners. The owners are excellent hosts and we would absolutely recommend renting from them.

Cabin in the woods

This cabin is everything that you would expect and more. The inside is absolutely stunning and very clean. The managers check to make sure your check in was successful. We did get to see bears from the porch too! Definitely a 5 star property and would most definitely stay here again. The only thing i would suggest is to have brighter lights above the mirrors in the bathrooms. The amber lights made it a little hard to see while getting ready, but thats it everything else was perfect!

Wonderful stay in the Smokies

We visited with our 5 teenage kids and their grandparents. The house was beautiful with so many amenities! The upstairs living space with the pool table, shuffle board and games was so much fun for the kids and adults! It was a great home away from home and we'd definitely return again.

Beautiful Home!

We had a great time staying at Rustic Dreamscape! The home was very clean and check in was about as easy as it gets! The hosts were amazing, very responsive and happy to answer any questions in a very timely manor! I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Gatlinburg!

The best yet!

We come to TN and rent a cabin 2x/year and this cabin has been the best one yet! So nice and new and had EVERYTHING in it you could need! We will definitely be booking this again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Spring break

We stayed at this property for spring break 2024 with my sister and her family. The cabin had adequate space to sleep 8 kids on the double bunk beds. And the two other bedrooms were comfortable spacious. We enjoyed the views each day driving up and down the mountain. The large kitchen island was very helpful in preparing meals each day. Our stay was lovely and memorable.

Spring Break 2024

The property was just as described & the setting was beautiful. The drive up was definitely a mountain road but it was newly paved & easy to drive on & the views were well worth the climb. We even saw a mama bear & 2 cubs climbing trees! The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The hot tub was a great addition & our teens loved the game room! They were there anytime we had downtime. Our favorite activities during our stay were white water rafting & ziplining. We could literally see CLIMBworks ziplining platforms from the balcony of the cabin so the proximity there & to Rafting in the Smokies was fantastic! The hosts were wonderful & were so quick to answer any questions we had. Parking was also plentiful for our suv & truck. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious!

This cabin was exactly what my family and I needed to rest and recharge over the holiday break! Absolutely loved every part of the trip! I found the location to be great for our family, far enough from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to get out of the busy, hectic traffic, but close enough to enjoy the cities when we chose! The manager was also great with communication! Definitely a repeat cabin for us!

Perfect Cabin

I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg annually for 30 years and this cabin was like no other!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The downstairs shower was amazing! The beds were comfortable! It’s a beautiful cabin! The owners were so easy to communicate with also. It was perfect!!!!

Fantastic Mountain Lodge!

The property was immaculate. Well appointed kitchen, family fun game room and beautiful mountain view’s. The owners were very responsive and available questions throughout our stay. It’s a quick drive to Gatlinburg and has many great options for hikes right down the road. Highly recommended for families! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful open home

The place was amazing for our mixed family of adults and children. Plenty of privacy but plenty of open space for time together. The game room was a huge hit as was the kids room. The decks were gorgeous with lovely views. They have everything and anything you would need at the canon. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable cabin

We had the most amazing weekend attending a wedding in downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was so comfortable we literally hung out there the entire time outside the wedding itself. We saw bears, played games, and just relaxed on the super comfortable second floor porch. For us the 7 minute drive up the mountain was nerve-racking on the first run, but we got used to it and was absolutely fine by the time we left. We will definitely return if we visit Gatlinburg again!!

We loved this cabin!

We had 4 adults and 6 kids and every single one of us enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had all the listed amenities. Communication from the owners (Josh & Cara) was excellent. We could not have been more pleased and hope to come back in the next couple years to stay again. I highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful Cabin & Excellent Host

We enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to take care of a couple concerns! We loved being able to walk to the near by overlook & even got to see a large momma bear with her cub one evening just few yards from us
. We definitely enjoyed everything. The neighborhood is large it scales the mountain, the only negative is the distance to the pools. Both are a 10-13min drive - the mountain is thick wooded & very steep so walking to the pool is not really a safe option with small kids! But having the option to drive the kids to the pool was great!!! 5 stars all the way! The Cabin was clean & well stocked! You are about 30 mins from downtown Gatlinburg & about 18-20 mins to the nearest foodcity/Starbucks
 I Highly recommend you Uber applewood for dinner & make sure you take the time to walk around the neighborhood. PSA *be prepared to see wildlife & educate your kids & even adults on how to react when in their presence.

Beautiful Cabin

May family Vacation. The Drive: The scenery was stunning, from the golf course to the Mountain View going up to the cabin. Everything was just amazing to look at. The roads are a bit steep going up to cabin but not so bad after a few times. We even saw a baby bear on the drive up which was the highlight of our vacation. The Cabin: This cabin is just perfect. It’s absolutely fully loaded, so if you cook and bake it had every utensil pot/pan mixer and more that you could possibly need. They also had the normal necessities (dish soap, hand soap, detergent plus more.) The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The kids loved the upstairs game room with so many games. They also loved the bedroom with the large queen bunk beds. There’s also 3 full bathrooms which was so convenient. Overall this place is just awesome :). We had such a great time here! The Hosts: Josh and Cara are 5 star hosts. Every question or concern I had was answered right away. They made you feel so welcomed and it definitely made this place feel like a home away from home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks again for hosting our May 2023 vacation. :)

Fabulous

This cabin is fabulous. The hills getting there are pretty windy and narrow but the cabin has flat parking for several vehicles. The game room is a lot of fun for after supper or a rainy day. There were TVs in every room, which is very important to me. I will definitely stay again.
