Cette cabane non-fumeurs renferme un parc aquatique, un bain à remous et une laverie. Une salle de jeux vidéo et des barbecues sont également disponibles sur place. Cette cabane possÚde 3 chambres et offre le Wi-Fi gratuit et des canapés-lits. Une cuisine équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'un four ravira les voyageurs à la recherche d'agréments haut de gamme comme une piscine privée et une cheminée.
Les chambres climatisées de cette cabane incluent des piscines privées et des cheminées. Les chambres donnent sur un balcon. L'ameublement comprend des canapés-lits, des bureaux, des tables à manger et des ßlots de cuisine. As soon as we walked in the property it had such a musty smell that we had to go by air freshner. The pictures on the website make it look like it's a newer cabut it is not. There is a tarp on the roof hanging on to the second balcony. There isso many things to list that was wrong inside the property. Hot tub was broke, could not get wifi to work. Only could get one t v in the place to work. It was not clean at all.Took my hand across the counter top of the island had all kinds of stuff come off on my hand. There wasAll kinds of damage that I sent to the host. He just told me he'll make sure to get things fixed after we leave. Location was great but would not recommend.

I am sad to report that this was a terrible experience for our family. To begin, we arrived to the cabin to find a very large tarp over the roof and partially covering the top windows (we weren’t informed it would be there). The temp of the home was 79 degrees. We were told by management to adjust the temp and they’d look into it. The remote to the upstairs TV was completely broken and not working and the opening/closing mechanisms to both the refrigerator and freezer were broken. We tried to be patient and understanding and were assured that maintenance would be coming to check on everything. Meanwhile, I located a review of the property from just shortly before our arrival reporting that the AC was not working during their stay. This is when I began getting frustrated because it appeared that the owners were aware of an issue (or possible issue) and didn’t disclose it to us. On the second morning of our stay, my husband took a shower only to have hot water for maybe 3-4 minutes. I reported this and we were asked to check breakers and essentially perform our own maintenance. I spent nearly the whole day communicating with management of the property only to find out that there was a major water leak at the property and we wouldn’t have hot water. We were forced to scramble and find somewhere else to accommodate a family of 8. We understand that unforeseen things happen however, I am not pleased with the way the issues were handled/disclosed by management.

The property air conditioning unit was broken. When I talk to the property manage about the air condition not working he said he’s gonna send someone out the next morning, but no one showed. It was very hot the first two nights.

Fun time

We really enjoyed the cabin and the scenery. We seen some bears which we loved. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and adults. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing. You can control the temperature.

Wonderful cabin

Such a cute house

I loved the house, it was adorable. The property manager was difficult to get a hold of, I’ve got many messages that were never answered and had a few calls not returned, but they were minor questions. Do be prepared, the bears will visit multiple times a day. I was terrified of going outside with my toddler. I blocked off the deck with chairs and a baby bear and momma still snuck up on us in the AM and terrified and traumatized both of us. No aggression in them, but it’s terrifying to have your 2 year old 2 ft from a baby bear and momma right behind, I don’t care who you are!

It is a great cabin - it offers parking, an open layout for entertaining and the master suite is tucked away with seperate fireplace. We would recommend!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in this cabin. We loved the location and how easy was the drive up the cabin. The views are gorgeous. We were a family of 14 and we all slept comfortably. The cabin had everything we needed. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any question we had. This is our second time in Gatlinburg and our favorite so far. We would love to come back in the future.

SPACIOUS Updated Cabin

Our stay at as nothing short of wonderful. The love the owners have put into this cabin is truly evident. I don’t know if my kids have ever loved a cabin more. Everything in the cabin is so organized and clean, and it is geared towards ease, comfort, and fun for all. The owner was very responsive and willing to help whenever needed. Looking forward to future stays at this same cabin!

Yay, We Saw Bears!

Check in was seamless. Location was just perfect. Clean house. Responsive owners. Now, let’s talk about how this place functioned for our family of 4 with 2 younger kids. The games were a big hit. This cabin is a 2 bedroom with a loft which serves as a 3rd bedroom and game room but has no door for privacy. At first, when we got there, our kids were fighting over who would sleep in the loft. However, when nighttime came and they realized there were lots of windows in the loft and no curtains or shades, they both got a little scared to be in the loft alone, so they both slept in the second bedroom together in the king bed. Worked out perfectly. I didn’t really want them in the loft anyway. They probably would have played games all night! Lol. The beds were quite squeaky/loud, but comfortable with comfy pillows. Now, let’s talk about the Bears! The morning after we arrived, we discovered wet dirt bear smudges on all four doors and handles of our car. Thankfully, we left no food in the car. No damage to the car, which was nice. The third morning as we were loading up the car to go on a hiking adventure, my wife and daughter were standing at the car and as I walked out the front door, I was 5 feet away from Mama bear and a cub who were just standing there looking at us. A little startling, but cool. I made some noise as mama bear tried to open the car door with my wife and daughter inside, then she went away and her cub followed. All things considered, 5 star experience.

Relaxing with all amenities and excellent location

We travelled from Houston by road with family and cannot be more happier with this centrally connected and excellent property with everything you need. Though some of the views are covered due to springtime, if you need to relax with family, have fun and love to cook, look no further. I stayed during my earlier visit in Pigeon Forge but I liked this location as its 5 mins from Ober mountain for all fun activities as well drive to Ziplines and other activities or drive to Clingman dome. We had bears visit on all days of our stay as this property is on bear pass route. I cannot thank enough the owner Justin for his excellent communication and response for any questions I had. I will def. come back here when I plan Smoky trip again in future.
