Was not told hotel was under construction. Loud banging, power tools etc early in morning. Elevators were out of service. Carpet was dirty and hadnt been vacuumed after previous guests checked out. Exhaust fan in bathroom was hamging from ceiling. Balcony chair was old and broken.

Room was overall in disrepair. Sink was leaky, mold in the bathroom, and pool was in major need of being skimmed. Staff was very friendly and location was great. Fees for parking was unexpected

It’s an old motel but it was clean. Very convenient because it was right across Ober; our main destination for this trip. Several restaurants were around too that are walking distance. The breakfast was nothing fancy but if you’re on a budget, it will suffice. It was a comfortable stay and I will recommend to anyone.

In our first room, the heater did not work and neither did the fireplace. They moved us to a new room. The fireplace still did not work. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The towels and sheets were stained. The door lacked weather stripping, allowing a cold draft to enter. The bathroom walls and door had unsightly black streaks. Parking was very limited.

Property was old and smelled old it was dirty for sure and the lack of parking was crazy. I definitely wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. I really wanted to go home the very first day.

First, told had to pay for parking. At that moment, I could not recall if I had verified free parking. ALL the listings I went back and looked at said FREE PARKING. Then was told elevator out of order. and only offered a room with one flight of stairs. After checking in and getting into the room, my husband moved the desk chair and the arm just flopped over. Room was for 2 adults, only one chair on balcony. Weather stripping on balcony door falling down. Beds not comfortable. Won’t recommend at all.

Worst stay in 30 years.

My room had no hot water. I stayed four nights and every day when i came back from a hike the hot water was out. Mold in the shower, hair in the bath tub, stain on the pillow case, exposed wires on the wall lamp, frayed carpet and paint flaking off the ceiling. I have photos but the app wouldn't upload them

Love the sound of the creek and its proximity to everything. You can park here and not need to worry about driving for your stay. The staff is very kind and even upgraded my room the night after I walked a sweet lady from the front desk from my room (she checked to make sure was ready for us) back to the front desk due to a bear in the parking lot having her scared. So nice of her to personally check the room before having us go to it. And this was at our 4am arrival and check in time. Super courteous and helpful. We’ve stayed her multiple times and will again in the future

Disgusting! Stay Away

Hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I had to switch rooms 3 times. Each one was worse than the next. Stains on sheets. Blood on floor. Mildew in shower. Poop stains in toilet. Sticky substance on table. Elevator was broken so each time I had to lug my stuff up and down the stairs. The front desk was very helpful and said they would send housekeeping in the morning but I checked out right away. Could not spend another minute there. It’s a shame because the location is great. Right in downtown and a long a nice creek.
