The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Room was clean and staff was polite and helpful Hotel is a little dated but it’s in middle of town which helps if you don’t want to drive. Only thing I would ask for is not having an adjoining rooms due to louder than normal room

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was the outside noise but there’s nothing that can be done about it. We were there right after Christmas and it was very crowded and there was a concert next door at the convention center.

Good hotel for the price. The room was clean, but it smelled a little funky. It wasn't a terribly strong smell, though. It's a great location to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast currently isn't being offered due to renovations, which we didn't learn until after we booked.

Rooms have been redone and have lots of room in the rooms! Very well thought out. Loved the balcony and the resort is right on the main strip of Gatlinburg.

Room was new and clean, new towels brought every day, really nice jacuzzi tub, located right on the strip in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. Only complaint was the really loud garbage truck at 5am each morning!
