This was our 3rd year staying with this host and we keep coming back. No issues with the property, excellent location - it's always a comfortable stay. We plan on returning next year.
EXCELLENT Location!! We were looking for somewhere within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Strip. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for during our stay. We will definitely stay again. The Parking is added plus! Covered Parking available.
Nice and clean condo. Owner checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Perfect place for a couple to stay that is within walking distance of pretty much everything.
The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockettâs Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jackâs LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us.
This is a perfect location if youâre spending time in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the Convention Center! Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. It was nicely updated. The listing pictures are a little deceiving, as itâs much smaller than it looks. Theyâve done their best to add many mirrors and lots of lighting to help it seem bigger. Although smaller furniture would also help. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we went to use the toaster oven, it obviously hadnât been cleaned, or even dusted off for quite some time. The kitchen is extremely compact, so I would plan to eat out for meals.
We had a great experience room was clean except we found two towels with big shoe prints on them where they had been walked on before we got there or something.Other than that it was a great experience and seemed clean and within walking distance to alot of the attractions and dining.
A neat condo for the money. One block off the main strip, clean and decently updated. Its got a motel style entry, in that the door is outside, not in an interior hall.
