Where do I even begin. While the cabin itself looked fine, the number of serious issues completely ruined our stay.The rooftop hot tub, which was a major reason we booked this cabin, did not work at all. When we arrived, it was cold, uncovered, and the water was murky. We were promised someone would come the next morning to fix it. No one ever came, and the hot tub was never repaired.The property was poorly maintained. Trash was scattered around the grounds, and the bins were overflowing. The showers were dirty, and the shower door handles were falling off. The refrigerator did not work, which caused all of the food we brought for the weekend to spoil. The freezer also did not work, and all of our ice melted.Septic tank alarms went off and beeped for hours. The host was aware this happens but never warned us. We had to walk down a steep hill and figure out how to turn it off ourselves.The most frustrating part has been the host, Stay Minty. We paid over 2,000 for two nights and were promised a luxury stay. I reported all of these issues and requested compensation. I was told to allow 10 to 14 days for resolution. It has now been over 14 days since checkout, and I continue to receive generic responses like âmanagement is not available today,â with no resolution.This stay was stressful and extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and this host.
