Another amazing visit.

We love staying here!! The kids love the water park. Towels are restocked daily. The upper level pool was cooler this year but it’s our second year in a row! Love our annual mountains trip here. Breakfast was great and it’s worth it to include in your stay!

Of all the times we have been to Gatlinburg this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Food was excellent, staff was phenomenal, clean, convenient to shopping, trolley to town. Just a awesome experience!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Live piano player at night. Gorgeous views. Pool had 2 slides that my daughter loved. Hot tub for parents. Cons: up a huge steep hill without sidewalks so you can not walk to downtown. There is a free trolley for rides. 15 floors but only 8 pool loungers and a few tables. The pool was packed with families at night and most had no where to put their belongings. Restaurant food was tasty. We only ate once though because of bad service. Our waiter never returned after bringing our food and we all finished our meal without a drink.

Rooms need a little TLC. On windy days a lot of noises come out of the balcony door. Guests need to be warned when checking in.

The best parts of the room were the balcony and access to the indoor pool which was really cool for the kids. Its at the top of the mountain, so the views are excellent. Also, the ground level has 2 restaurants, a sitting and coffee bar area, as well as a small shop for souvenirs and other things. And also, tha elevators look exactly like the ones in the Death Star in Star Wars.

Our family loved our time at the Park Vista! It’s at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. We especially enjoyed the pool with water slide and hot tub! Room and beds were quiet and comfortable. My kids are already asking when we can go back!
