The building is quiky but a bit unkept on the outside. The rooms have been remodelled very nicely. However the supplied kettles are a bit tall for the new hand basin.

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The resort is located within the botanical gardens and is so quiet and peaceful. Nice bathroom but shower a bit squishy. The Thai food at restaurant is excellent and some of the best we have ever eaten! The pool is so great. Staff on the front desk not overly friendly but in bar and restaurant were very nice.
