Elena Alicia these ladies did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the Cruise Ship and everybody is very good. The food was good and it was nice. We even got a pasta night. And that was good too.

Lively hostel vibe

It was great however it was more like a hostel than a hotel which was a bit surprising, however everything was very nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast and drinks in the bar are cheap and it is a very lively place.

A quirky little hostel/hotel. Definitely more suited for the younger crowd. Location is very good during the day and maybe not at night. Room is spacious but the amenities are lacking. The safe is locked when we checked in, phone and TV (its more the size of a PC monitor) were unplugged. Very weak wifi. Overall still a good stay thanks to the staffs' friendly service.

I LOVED it here!! I walked in, only having booked one night, and IMMEDIATELY decided I needed another night here. Genoa is a beautiful place and the beauty and comfort of this hotel convinced me to stay another day to explore both it, and the city. This place offers so much and is truly worth it. There was never a lack of activity and everyone who worked there is genuine and kind. Right away I was given a map and information regarding the city, good spots to eat, and much more. I cannot recommend them more. They also make great drinks!!

We were very pleasantly suprised about this hotel. Super friendly staff, and right by the train station. Very friendly atmosphere in general, maybe a bit of the hostel mentality shining through, as this establishment also has a hostel part. A bit noisy in the room from the street (not totally unexpected with a room facing the street), but we are learning that sound proofing is not a thing Italian hotels have. The bed is ok, and we slept fairly comfortably. Decent breakfast. And again: the whole mood is very friendly and relaxed.
