The staff are friendly and helpfull. A special commendation to Khoo Min Jie for his outstanding services, he checked us in, gave us information brochures and other information about places to dine, and notify us when the room was ready. Most of all he went out of his way to help us when we contacted him even though he was already on leave.He presented Ascott well with his service and made us enjoyed our stay.

Very confortable atmosphere around the entire hotel The infinity pool and gym was clean and well kept The breakfast buffet was amazing. Not the closest to Gurney Plaza but still easily reachable by Grab or 20 minutes walk. Front lobby has music Performance Friday and Saturday evening during our stay. Hotel entrance to a small indoor mall located next door.

A few shops next to it. A few F&B outlets and 2 cafes. Location next to the beachfront and is a few minutes drive from Gurney Plaza where you can find pretty of F&Bs and shops.

Great stay!

Great hotel! Grand and inviting lobby. The doorman was really friendly as were check in staff. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the linen clean. The pool was very nice with great lookout especially during sunset. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety and tasty dishes, it was nicely laid out. They have coin laundry (purchase token at reception) which was very handy for us. Location was OK, we mostly caught grab to places so was fine.
