Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Il est propre et bien situé. Tout fut parfait, un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce petit logement trĂšs proche de la plage hooper bay. Nous sommes un peu mitigĂ© car effectivement l’accueil la disponibilitĂ© et la communication au top, en revanche, nous sommes déçu par l’hygiĂšne global cĂŽtĂ© cuisine et son odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able ça ne donnait pas envie d’y manger. En revanche les alentours sont dangereux Ă  pieds et l’accĂšs pour la plage Ă©galement Pour les vĂ©lo il faudra demander l’autorisation avant de les emprunter. Aucun retrait d’argent au alentours. Sans la Clim c’est irrespirable il faut trop chaud nous y sommes allĂ© en octobre. Trousse de secour non opĂ©rationnel.

Absolutely loved our stay! The unit was perfect; clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach and close to local stores and restaurants. We had hoopers bay beach to ourselves most of the stay, felt like a private beach. Racheal was fantastic, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Kenneth treated us like family! More than willing to help you with anything. We especially appreciated all the beach gear that made our days by the water even more enjoyable. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

Ok for a short stay and/or if you are only there for sleeping.Very small. Next to the road, so not very quiet. Owner in next house, they always walk around, not very private (although they are very kind)No beachchairs or umbrellas.

Great central location, served all our needs.

Initial impression was the cottage is small, but it soon grew on us. It literally had all the amenities we needed, fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom (1 person use at a time), comfortable bed, excellent AC, quiet. We had 2 supermarkets nearby, one is 1 minute drive, the other 4 minutes the opposite way towards George Town. The extra amenities came extremely handy, particularly the cooler, it made touring the island and renting a boat so convenient, just filled it with drinks, snacks, leftover pizza and vola, we were set. Of course other amenities were also great like beach chairs, towels, floaters 
etc. we just took them in our rented car everywhere, and we find a nice beach, we were all set. Exuma is the ultimate beach destination and this shack combined very well to make the most of this beautiful destination. On our last night after we were packing, went to take a shower and the hot water wasn’t there. Texted the manager, she lived right next door, she came out, looked at the hot wate heater outside, suggested turning off the power to the whole unit and turning it back on, it didn’t work, so she offered us to take a shower at her house(talk about going above and beyond). As she went back to her place to prep the bathroom for us, I pushed the on/off button on the electric water heater, and it came back to life, problem solved. Texted her and thanked her for her offer. So, in summary excellent convenient Appartment, if there is a negative, it would be being small.

heaven on earth

The accommodation was top. It is impossible to find anything better. Two minutes from the beach and the shop. Ideally equipped accommodation, in the kitchen e.g. rice cooker, toaster. Wifi is very reliable and fast. The owners are really helpful and thank you again for your help and quick response. Stephanie allowed us a later check-out, which was very helpful. Thank you very much for everything. Special warm greetings to Kenneth and thank him for the care, willingness and the great help he offered us. He is an exceptional person.

De locatie naast Turtle Bay is geweldig. Alles is aanwezig in de kleine ruimte. Het kan wel erg warm worden. De communicatie met de host het goed en ze is zeer behulpzaam. Je kunt de fietsen gratis lenen.

Small but the space is very efficiently organized and very clean. The location is great also being on the middle of the island, easy to explore both the north and south sides, close to grocery stores and not far from George Town. Lastly big thanks to the man next door who helped us with a car battery problem. Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

Rachel and Ken were the greatest, most helpful hosts and they have an absolutely wonderful property. I am new to Vrbo but have stayed in many rentals within other companies, and this was my very best experience yet. Located across the street from the famous Hoopers Bay beach, this adorable rental has everything you could need. Great care is taken to ensure you have a comfortable stay, right down to the small items in the unit you may have forgotten to pack. All necessary information was organized in a binder and they allowed me to check in ridiculously early with ease. We had use of bicycles and some beach equipment during our stay, and the hosts hospitality was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend a place more
 stay here!

Literally perfect

Upon first inspection, especially from the photos, I thought the rental was brand new construction, but then I realized the place and grounds were just really that clean. It couldn't be in a more perfect location either for myself and my wife. Consider this was our eight visit to the Exumas, and we know the island. The bicycles were excellent for groceries and drinks (wearing backpacks). its location is literally between two main groceries stores on the island, a liquor store attached to one, and a pizza joint to the other. We didn't even need to rent a car. The location to Hoopers Bay was the reason we stayed, and I cant stress how fantastic that was. We never met our host, but we interacted with her parents often, and they are just excellent people. There was some machinery in use close by, and some labor activity on the main grounds where our rental was located, but that was meaningless to us because we both work with our hands for a living, and it didn't negatively impact our stay. The rental is definitely tiny especially with the bathroom sink and toilet area, but as far as im concerned the pictures were very realistic, and the space was utilized efficiently. The kitchen area got warm every afternoon for a few hours but the outside temp along with full blown sun was sweltering. Different movie every night before bed on complimentary Netflix was awesome too. We absolutely will rent here again. Everything worked perfectly.

Great and friendly experience

From the first moment Rachel (host) was very attentive to us to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She gave us the option of using bicycles to move around and lent us some hammocks and coolers to go to the beach. The accommodation was very clean. It's great 100% recommendable.
