Hotel may be 30 years old but people working there made it absolutely not seem so. I can’t say enough to describe every interaction we had with people on reception, concierge, restaurant, room cleaners… everyone went out of their way to make sure our experience was perfect. Even Ken, our driver from hotel we hired for a day to drive us around, was the best ever. Highly recommended!

Stay was OK. Room is a bit old but big in size. The bathroom needs a spruce up with moldy parts along the edge of the bath tub. When allocating rooms, receptionists should consider the ages of their guests. Shower over the bathtub should not be allocated to older folks. Staffs were all friendly and doing an exceptional job. Hotel is along Gurney Road with plenty of food around the area. Free parking available for guests.

The rooms and facilities were kept in good condition. The Hotel I have stayed in many times over 15-20 years from time to time, although a little bit older than the new high end hotels nearby, is still extremely well maintained and the location is excellent ( relatively short walk to) near Gurney Plaza. Will probably stay again in future when visiting.

Nice room and Hotel

Upgraded our room for free which was great- were on the 10th floor. Spacious room- quite old fashioned but fine for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially at the door. Breakfast was a good choice and a good selection of fruit. Pool was clean- pool bar not open though. Gurney walk is 4 min walk away- had a few beers at the 24-7 shop there which was ideal. Liked to get a grab to Chulia st area for food and alcohol at night as many places near the hotel don’t serve alcohol which is absolutely fine. Jacuzzi was fabulous to relax in. Didn’t use the steam room or sauna.

Hôtel avec de vieilles installations et de la moquette au sol laissant une odeur pas forcément très agréable. L’insonorisation des chambres est à revoir. Nous pouvions entrer une musique d’ambiance dans les couloirs ainsi que les autres clients prendre leur douche. Enfin, nous avons appuyer sur le bouton pour que notre chambre soit faite mais la personne n’est pas passée.

Hotel was well maintained and clean. Suite we stayed in was very spacious and well maintained. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location was good with easy access to most places of interest, however currently there is no beach but I believe one is planned as part of the water front project.
