2 big standouts: Subbiah and his Team 2622622 in morning buffet breakfast over 3 consistent breakfast days took care of breakfast like it was his own hospitable establishment. Professional caring very hard working, gracious, 100% on the ball, make the whole experience top class. The food the drinks everything was crazy awesome. Kudos to this man and the team that brands this Shangrilla establishment. 2nd highlight was the reception manager on that day Keven who helped us on check in to help us with even our expedia booking converting our stay for 3 people to 2 people as my 80 yo mother in law got sick couldn't come and came up with using his discretion to throw in breakfast with Subbiah's team. we will come back to Jen hotel again when we come back to Penang and hope to see Subbiah again. By the way, subbiah never approached us, we approached him to tell him how good we thought he was and wanted to know how to provide a review. Thank you all incl the room cleaning staff at 908.

From the moment we arrived until we (reluctantly) left, every detail was perfect. A huge standout was the breakfast—it was absolutely superb and far beyond our expectations. The variety and quality were excellent, and it was a fantastic start to our days, especially with our family. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the incredible friendliness of the entire team. We were greeted with genuine smiles by everyone: from the front office who ensured a smooth check-in, the security who made us feel safe, the bell hops who were always helpful, the cafe staff who were so attentive, to the housekeeping team who kept our room impeccable.
