Great hotel. Was just disappointed that the standard queen room did not have a mini fridge. You would think in this day and age that would be a standard feature. The staff was all very friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony. After checked in and entered the room I realized the balcony was inside the building overlooking the restaurant! And I could hear all the chatter downstairs in the restaurant and the music inside my room. I left the freezing Toronto and wanted to enjoy the heat and not be locked up in a room for 3 days. I immediately went down and demanded a refund and was told there is nothing they could do!!
