Service was horrible some staff is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t wanna do they jobs and don’t have enough of anything from blankets, towels, wash towels, pool towel nothing was stock to provide enough to booked staff let allow pedestrians paying for pool access but can’t get a towel is unacceptable and ridiculous. Worst experience at an hotel. No ice machines work but her third floor was ridiculous. Food making people sick. Pool closed too early and Casino is not 24 hour is outrageous at least you could provide that as a key amenities cause everything is unstructured and unprofessional. Security and armed staff yet people get robbed smh…I am gonna need RAMADA/ PRINCESS TO DO BETTER!!!!!! Especially for the nightly rate.

The bed was comfortable. The water coming out of the faucet was yellow. Switched to another room and the same thing happened there as well. The food was not bad. However, I cut my stay short because myself and my family felt like we were staying in a brothel.

Travelled with my family of 5 and brought with me a sense of wonder and enthusiasm for my return to GT after over a decade. There are definite bright spots from the included, authentic breakfast and large pool. However, the consistent disappointment was the staff service and even management treatment of staff. Almost no one seemed happy with the exception of 2-3 staff (Travis at concierge, a room maid and the black lady who held down the egg station at breakfast) and moved at their own pace seemingly from silent protest or lack of will. The attitudes quickly became unbearable. At dinner, we overhead the servers openly refuse to answer the room service phone because “it’s too annoying.” This was consistent with our experience trying to use room service….the phone just rang and range. Also, the rooms need better maintenance. There were lots of roaches and many surfaces that were not wiped down. Perhaps all of the real attention is going to the casino next door, but this location is in serious need of improvement.

This was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, the overall attitude of the staff was cold and unwelcoming. Whether at the front desk or in the dining area, it felt like guests were seen as a burden rather than being treated with any level of hospitality. Asking a simple question or seeking assistance was met with visible frustration and dismissiveness. The food was absolutely terrible—not only lacking in quality but a complete waste of money. Given that hospitality and food service are two of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, it’s extremely disheartening that both were so poorly managed. The facility itself was just as concerning. The ice machine was broken, the showers had visible mold, and shockingly, they left a moldy bath mat in the bathroom for use—completely unacceptable. We were only provided two bath towels, with no face towels or additional linens available. The pool area was filthy. The entire edge of the pool was covered in mold, and the tile line that should have marked the depth was so dirty it was barely visible. The only positive interactions I had were with people outside the hotel and airport—ironically, the two places where you expect the most customer service were the worst. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves to be acknowledged. It was not just a disappointment—it was unsanitary, unfriendly, and absolutely not worth the cost.

A Delightful One-Night Stay with Unexpected Charm

My family and I stayed for just one night, but everything about the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Evening the evening entertainment which we hadn't expected was great! Ms. Charmaine Blackman's performance added a vibrant, enjoyable touch to the night. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable stay.
