Pros: very clean and modern room, staff is accommodating, central location, breakfast every morning is plentiful ( get there before 9:30) Cons: basics are not included- no microwave in room, safe in room, iron/ironing board, phone- they give a whattsapp number and still ask that you come down to speak to the front desk, local number never worked. Cleaning services did not come even after putting the sign on the door very early in the am for them to clean- had to go to front desk two days in a row in the evening for them to send someone up Walls are paper thin- can hear people above walking and dropping things Bed is very firm (can be pro or con) pool/poolside bar never opened during the day, front desk said it wasn’t part of the hotel, one day we were told they won’t open because the person in charge was watching football game majority of the staff ia non English speaking (95% Chinese and Spanish) making communication difficult

Checked in and paid for an upgrade of balcony view, then got a room with a window. Went back frontdesk and was told it was a mistake, and we would have to pay 200 usd more per night for the upgrade. We told them never mind then it gets worse. They assigned us to a room with no windows. We needed more water in the room and they told us water is 300gyd per bottle. I’ve traveled to hotels all over the world and never had to pay for water once I booked a room. Rooms was never turned over. No restock of toilet paper. Had one roll… a thin roll, then had to call for another. Definitely not staying there again. I’m a repeat guest but this would be my last time. Alecia at the front desk is very helpful and cheerful, however the grave yard shift needs training.

Good location. Straight forward check in. Fairly modern layout and amenities. Breakfast options was extensive and not continental which was a plus. Gym is next door. However there was no daily housekeeping so ran out of basics like TP. Also the room was high in moisture. Everything was damp and remained damp for the entire stay. Wifi was weak and the smart TV could not connect. The entire place did smell like the restaurant which got nauseating after some time. I guess this can be addressed by more ventilation.

They need to have front desk agents that speak English. It was very difficult to communicate with the front desk agent as well as room service. The agents and room service attends spoke Chinese or Spanish which made it very difficult to communicate.
