Unavailable wifi not stated upfront before booking. Blankets supplied not for all beds. Very hot water runs from cold taps before water becomes cold - dangerous with young children. Bathroom floor easily flooded due to inappropriate shower curtain lengrh. TV remote missing backing - does not always work with batteries not being secured by cover.

A wonderfully comfortable stay.. there is maintenance and renovations going on at the moment but none the less we absolutely loved our night there .. wanted to stay another. Pool temp was amazing .. rooms modern and very clean.. right on the beach .. perfect for us. We will be back and can’t wait to see it all complete

Large clean modern room . Good location with beach

Room was upstairs and had lovely views of the beach. Large modern and updated room. Easy parking. The negative was, the hot water in the shower took at least 5 minutes to warm up, also the hand basin in the bathroom was tiny, could barely wash my hands. Overall, would stay here again.

Unreliable for business travel

Booked this on hotels.com about 2 weeks prior to the trip only to find on arrival that they did not in fact have my reservation and were saying they had not received payment when it was paid for through Hotels.com. It wasn't until Hotels.com got involved that they found my reservation but said they were completely booked out. However managed to find me a standard room when I had paid for a Deluxe Business suit. No refund, No apology, very poor service. Wont be coming back and could not recommend this to anyone. I do a lot of travel for business and this is the first time I have ever had this happen by a property. The fact that they downgraded my room but failed to refund the difference was astonishing!
