Stay was OK. Comfortable. But arriving at 5pm in the winter with the windows wide open was not great. On commenting on this we were told they were too busy checking other people in to make sure the room was warm. Also felt that booking through Expedia (from comments) made us less important.

The property is well located. The car parking is a bit tight although it does have EV charging. The rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms are in dire need of a makeover. The common areas are nice though.
