Die Lage ist das Hauptargument für dieses Hotel: mitten in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Strasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Die Zimmerausstattung und das Bad veraltet, dazu der fleckige Spannteppich, fleckige Wände und teils beschädigte Möbel, Aussicht auf einen sehr tristen Licht-/Innenhof machen den Gesamteindruck nicht besser. Es gibt kein Willkommens- Mineralwasser. Der Aufenthalt war ok, ich würde aber bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Gent ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr gross und mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Belfort. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen sowohl fürs Sightseeing als auch hinsichtlich Restaurants: Alles ist problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Très bonne literie, chambres propres, salle fitness sympa. Très bon petit-déjeuner en buffet, grande variété et bonne qualité ! Un bémol pour l'accueil au restaurant : nous sommes arrivés tardivement il est vrai (mais avant la fermeture), et on nous a consciencieusement ignorés (malgré notre demande à savoir si l'on pouvait dîner), en nous faisant patienter (et ainsi arriver à une heure où le personnel nous dirait qu'ils ne servaient plus).
