This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex situated at the newly refurbished property “The C”, is situated a literal stone's throw from Catalan Bay beach. From both bedrooms and living room you have uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and more importantly can enjoy the most amazing of sunrises! Its close proximity to the beach as well as great connection to the town centre walking (c. 20 mins) or by bus (5 mins) makes it a great location for vacation or work!

The Space:

As you enter the property through the nautical door you find a set of stairs that takes you to the first floor.

First Floor
This floor holds both double bedrooms, an ensuite and a bathroom, as well as an open-plan kitchen living room with sea views and plenty of space to store all your items whether it be a small suitcase or luggage to last a year! The open plan living/ kitchen area basks in the sun for providing the apartment with beautiful natural light.

Terrace Floor
On the second floor you will find an indoor chill area with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 1, this leads onto a spacious terrace perfect for outdoor dining and tanning.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building to access the apartment.

Getting Around:
Guests can catch the bus from the top of the hill which comes either every 20 or 30 mins and takes you right into town in about 10 mins or for those who don't mind a walk it is also possible to get into town in 20/25 mins. Taxis will also pick you up from the location but need to be called.
