My room reservation was not on file when I arrived. The positive comment I can make was that the man at the front desk was kind and helped me get a room at his best deal. The first room I was given, the key did not work without going back to the front desk. When I opened the door, the fist thing I saw was that the bed had not been made. I didn't look further. I was assigned another room. The second day, when I came back to my room, the key did not work. When I went to the front desk, they still had the first room which I never occupied assigned to me. They had re-assigned the room that I was in to someone else, whe discovered the room was already occupied, so they cancelled my key until they figured out the room situation. When I went to take a shower, the bottle of hair conditioner which was mounted on the wall was empty.

This hotel is in need of a lot of love

We recently stayed here on our road trip out west and it was definitely underwhelming for a lot of reasons. The gym was tiny and the water tank was empty, the A/C was broken on the 3rd floor as well as the hot tub and the condition of the hotel in general was sub-par. We were only allowed one room key because we were told they were running low. The only highlight was the brunch and the lovely woman who makes the food.

Staff was great, very helpful. The only problem was the washer and dryer are very selective in the quarters they accept…. The staff have no way to refund the washer or dryer but a great stay!

We arrived after the Sturgis SD motorcycle rally and I believe the resort was still recovering from the large influx of guests. Overall the property met our expectations, but really didn’t exceed them. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

The facilities are definitely in need of some maintenance. Exit doors without locks, Phones that do not work. Cleanliness can be improved. TV was really hard to use as many selections were not available. Never could find a news channel.
