Food and restrictions on all inclusive could be improved widely. There are restricted time for each meal and if you miss, you will not get anything until the next. They have snacks at around 4, mostly sugar and they would tell you that you can't bring it to your room. Reached there at 10 and the breakfast time had ended so they said we will just have to wait for lunch, early morning flight had got us very hungry so they ordered pizzas for us on complaining. Everything felt like was restricted, and had to call the manager to bend their rules. The snorkeling kit had a time slot of when you can get it too, not because of weather but because that's when they operate, and if they are away between 12 and 4, so sad too bad, please come back at 4. We again had to talk to the manager so we don't waste a whole day not being able to snorkel because of their time restrictions. Overall, it was good, but the restrictions on everything really got to us by the end.

Overall, it was a lovely resort with wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. It's especially wonderful as it's adults only, so quiet & peaceful. Almost everything was fantastic. Great things about the resort: 1) The staff were super nice & helpful 2) The room was great & clean with an amazing view 3) The pools were nice (water could have been a bit warmer) 4) Beach was nice 5) Though way oversalted, the food was really good. If they were to use 1/10 the amount of salt, the food would be perfect. The only somewhat negative things were: 1) I did get a mild case of food poisoning, though the food was great aside from that & being very very very oversalted. 2) I didn't realize the jacuzzi tub on the deck of the overwater bungalow was not an actual hot tub but, rather, a tub you manually fill with water. 3) Though they have notices & signs all over about environmental steps they take, for some reason, every day there were machines running that really polluted the air. So, it was not enjoyable to try to relax at the beach & breathe in fumes. One day a worker was even driving some sort of machine that was putting a horrible thick smoke into the air. 4) One day, workers had a huge plastic pipe -one end in the ocean & the other on the beach in order to reroute sand & restructure the beach resulting in noise &, worst of all, destroying the beautiful clear water we had been enjoying-made the water super cloudy that day. 5) Requiring no shoes in a restaurant & game room awful.

The room was always spotless thanks to our room boy Rofikel, the food was consistently good and the restaurants were very tasty and fun. The entertainment options were plenty and we definitely had fun as well as enough time to relax. The spa was very relaxing and well worth the price. All the staff was amazing, kind, helpful and positive all the rime, truly an wonderful experience I would highly recommend.

Room spotless. Staff very friendly. Food amazing. More entertainment options would be nice. For example, someone to engage the audience during dance night at the bar and draw them to dance. No one was dancing on the dance floor. There were a couple.of flies in our room which was annoying while trying to sleep. Some kind of fly control mechanism in our rooms would be good. Other than that, relaxing stay and staff escorted us to omdepartyre area at airport after our stay, which was super helpful.

I must stress that the staff at the resort are lovely, the reason why my experience was marked down is because I had ordered a Virgin Colada at the Vui Bar and the bartender gave me the alcohol version. I am a muslim and do not drink alcohol. The bartender did not take accountability for her mistake and I felt horrible afterwards. I would also say that the communication on the app about offers for activitiea was not as clear as it could be.

Helpful and friendly staff. The villa on the ocean was definitely worth it. Would love to visit again. If coming from the US, be sure to book two weeks as the jet lag is brutal.

Amenities were well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very fluent in English. There were no language barrier issues. Snorkeling was world class directly from the stairs of our villa. Swimming out to the house reef and snorkeling there was exceptional as well. Good quality was great. A wonderful selection of foods from all over the world. The specialty restaurants were well worth making reservations to.

Staff are wonderful and the options to do things are plentiful. The reef from the overwater bungalows in the 7s opposite the vue bar is very good. Dinner on the beach with Shattey is a great experience.
