The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people.
Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee, tea (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more!
The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent.
There's very large gravel driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.
The Escanaba/Gladstone inter-city bicycle/walking path runs adjacent to property.
The front porch overlooks Little Bay De Noc on lake Michigan, with a fantastic sunrise view.
Several lake water access points are nearby, to launch kayaks, boats or snowmobiles.
Four bicycles (with locks) and two kayaks are included for use for touring/enjoying the local area!
This home has been freshly updated/renovated, it has a full shower/bath attached to master suite, with second half-bath on opposite side of home.
Use of fenced-in backyard, with doggy door and fire-pit are included Propane grill with gas included!
Firewood and chairs are provided! (please burn responsibily)

This building is a Duplex, I reside in the upper level, with my two dogs (we normally stay to ourselves, but we are all very friendly!)
