The pros: Nice location. Within walking distance of many places. Easy, no hassle check in. Excellent communication with Host. Clean and in decent repair. Secure and safe with locks on both the building and the apartment. Comfortable beds. Wonderful espresso machine with a very generous supply of coffee. The cons: It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. A wide angle lens was used for the photos and it is not nearly as roomy as it appears. It's very, very small. This is a ground level apartment and the street noise is terrible. The master windows are up against an alley that intersects with a street and you hear everything that goes on including car traffic, people talking and doing other things, birds squaking, trash trucks, delivery trucks, horns honking, etc. The master windows are also straight across from an office building which has very bright lights that shine 24 hours a day so it seems as though it's daylight out all night long. There are black out pull down shades, but they don't help that much. Overall, it is a decent place and the communication was wonderful. I, however, would not choose it again because I need sleep. The negatives just outweigh the positives in my opinion.
