room was ok, bathroom was shabby, it had cracked tiles, it was for disabled people, we are not disabled, even though we are 60!! the coffee area was filthy in the dining room, tables left dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned, Overall very poor, we will not be staying at this hotel again, not worth the money.

The food at the restaurant of this hotel was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy parking. Location is a bit far removed from main attractions but very clean hotel and would stay there again.

Fab for families

A lovely hotel with a great sized room for families. Loved the welcome cookie and how accessible the pool and jacuzzi were. Had a fairly decent night’s sleep but the mattress could’ve been a bit softer for my liking. Breakfast was outstanding! So much choice

My only complaint is the Hotel does not tell you it is in a low emissions zone. meaning I'm going to fined for driving to the Hotel I'd booked. As a tourist I think this completely unacceptable. I 100% would not have stayed hear had they informed me prior to booking.

Sleep Deprivation Stay

We arrived around 6 pm. It was chaotic at the front desk. We were given a room that we did not reserve. It was a handicap accessible room. What is sad and depressing is that it was in the 1st floor right by the glass doors by the elevators. 20-40 times an hour until 3am the room vibrated with a terrible noise ad the glass doors closed. That room should never be use again by a human being. To think that you can place a handicap guest is that situation is criminal. I am a Hilton Honors member and debating if will ever stay again.
