It was well located, local amenities good, plenty of shopping,dog friendly. Transport was great no need to use car to go to city centre as you could get sub way. There was a tripping hazard in the carpet.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. We had trouble finding parking around the hotel but they were quick to over suggestions and advice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

Last minute booking and we were given a king size bed room. Adequate size, lovely comfortable bed and very clean. Bathroom was a little dated but everything you need with clean fluffy towels and good shower. Perfect location for the west end of Glasgow and perfect for a very last minute bed for the night!
