The hotel is fine. There is no fridge, which I didnât need anyways, so it was alright. I was able to store my luggage early. My only problem, was my youngest daughter left behind her glasses after we checked-out. But it was difficult to reach a person
It would have been 0 star if it wasn't for the night representative who had to come in to makeup the bed and vacuum after our third straight unsuccessful request to have our room clean. Bed left unmade, floor remained dirty (debris on the floor looked as if they have there fore a while); the used glasses and spoons remained, with the Ăżwe only got new towels for The checkin desk was never staffed, and the two kiosk for self checkin were downed for the four nights we were there. We had to ring the bell on the desk and WAIT, AND WAIT. Our room access key quit working after the first night and we had to get in line each time and waited in a line that could take up to 10 minute wait to get the problem resolved only to repeat day after day. Bad service.
Our stay was amazing. All the staff & manager Alan were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. This will be our go place when we visit again.
