Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
It was cheap and centrally located. Carpet was torn and messed up, needs to be replaced. Bed was comfortable enough.
Key stopped working. Husband got a new one and they didn't check id or any room information. This could be a safety issue.
My daughter and I were there for one night and enjoyed our stay. We loved that the checkout was at 11am and were able to keep our luggage for storage for 3 pounds per bag. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
(First the check in time was 3pm, so i had to wait 6 hours before I was able to get into my room.) This property is good for 2-4 nights. When i arrived they had staff cleaning and in fairness the cleaner was doing good job. The place is not far from Queen Station but it's surrounded by roads that go up and down hills lol. You also have to pay £6 for a towel to dry yourself if towels are needed, but the bed was cosy enough to sleep in. Each bed has curtain which you can pull to provide more privacy. In general not a bad place but it be far between if check in time was before 3pm. Supermarkets close by and you can return to your room anytime through the night if you out at night. 😊
